My sincere condolences to Chinh's family. I became acquainted with Chinh at the YMCA in Silverdale. We talked two or three times a week. We talked about his career from law enforcement in Saigon to his coming to the United States to the Employment Security Department days. He was so happy with the recent property purchase on the Hood Canal. He invited my wife and I down to see it, some week they were going to be there. He was so proud of his golfing grandson and was always ready to show a photo. When he built his new house a few years ago, he was so happy and was especially fond of his Koi Pond. I am so sorry I did not get to say good by. Again my sincere condolences to his wife, children and family. Roy Barton
